Rotational Molding

We have invested in a variety of rotational molding machines and are able to offer a production method suited to your needs, so whether it is constant high-volume or flexible low-volume manufacturing you require, we have you covered. Our equipment matched with our technical knowledge in this process makes us your obvious first call.

Currently the approximate maximum dimension of molding that we can produce rotationally is 80 inches by 60 inches by 60 inches. Extra strength, sound deadening, insulation and buoyancy can be gained by foam filling the molding, whilst fixtures and fittings like castors, handles, hinges, labels, locks and many other items can be molded into the component avoiding assembly time and cost.
