Rotational Molding

We have invested in a variety of rotational molding machines and are able to offer a production method suited to your needs, so whether it is constant high-volume or flexible low-volume manufacturing you require, we have you covered. Our equipment matched with our technical knowledge in this process makes us your obvious first call.

Currently the approximate maximum dimension of molding that we can produce rotationally is 80 inches by 60 inches by 60 inches. Extra strength, sound deadening, insulation and buoyancy can be gained by foam filling the molding, whilst fixtures and fittings like castors, handles, hinges, labels, locks and many other items can be molded into the component avoiding assembly time and cost.

Why choose rotational molding? – Rotational molding is versatile plastic forming process, offering unlimited opportunities to the designer. Moldings whether simple, complex, small or large are produced in one piece, free from induced stress.

Relatively cost effective tooling and high quality finishing makes rotational molding the first choice for hollow molding with advanced benefits. Low cost, short lead times, high specification design features and little or no finishing are all advantages of rotational molding.
