Well the waiting period is over and the test fit up was completed last week on the refurbished motor and it was a huge success!! The boots fit like a glove and we got huge kudos!!! I’m very happy with your company’s customer service, and communication. Even though a previous order for had a small hick-up, you guys took care of it right away, and really saved our delivery date. Also, in the time it took for you and I to get everything ironed out in these emails and for you to provide us with a quote and estimated delivery, another boot manufacturer has only replied to my email saying he will look into it. Needless to say, I won’t be going to him. Thank you very much, I am going to be forwarding on the level of customer service you guys provide to our Engineering manager and I know he will be pleased.
